Welcome to READ Lakeland

READ Lakeland is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in our community. Our more than 100 volunteers have allowed us to offer FREE services to those who want to better their skills. Whether it’s reading, writing or math, our tutors are trained accordingly to provide one-on-one or small group instruction. We are here to help, contact us today!

Our annual fundraising campaign, the Kiss the Pig “Grand Smooch” Finale to increase literacy awareness, is scheduled for April 19th!

We kick off our 8-week fundraising campaign on March 1st with the “Swine and Peck Soiree” for our 11 candidates/teams in hopes we will surpass our goal of $50,000 and make this year our most successful yet!

Check out the link below for event details and to pick your candidate.
